We had 2 FJ's, a Jeep, and an Avalanche for the run on September 2nd.
We started off simple and decided to get Boreas Pass & Georgia Pass out of the way (for those participating in Pass Baggers ).
Boreas is a SIMPLE dirt road, so everyone was kind of bored. The south side of Georgia is about the same, but things got fun once we arrived at the top.

After a quick jaunt up Glacier Ridge, we headed down the north side of
Georgia Pass (Rd 355). It became exciting right away, with a VERY large
rock blocking the trail - the Jeep decided to take the more difficult
line, but the rest of us took the easier route around the rock. We
crawled our way down the mountain, trying to say on the right trail.
Angie & I were leading the way in Roxy, and managed to take a left
when we should've done a hard right. This led to a very fun area that
led know where. We ended up having to do a 32 pt turn to get turned
around, then played musical 4x4's with Mikes FJ & Kenney's Jeep.
After a little body damage on the Jeep, a loose exhaust on the
Avalanche, an lots of mud on the FJ's - we made our way down to Swan
River. From there, it was back up the North Fork of the Swan to our
campsite. Angie & I packed up & everyone else headed back.
All in all a pretty good Labor Day Weekend run.
We look foreward to seeing everyone soon!
